Issuance of health certificate

Dear students

It is now possible to issue a health certificate for 2026 using an automatic certificate issuing machine.
After undergoing the regular health checkup for students in April,Students who have not taken the retest, students with chronic illnesses, and students who have not answered the online questionnaire will not be able to get a certificate from the automatic issuing machine, so please check at the Health Management Center.
*Students who cannot issue a certificate will be prompted with the message "Insufficient information."
(As a general rule, the certificate will be issued at the Health Service Center two days after the application date (on a weekday).)
