The rooms are separated into floors for men and women. A card key, exclusive to the resident of that floor, is required to enter each floor.

Only a bed and mattress are provided. Guests must bring their own blankets, comforters, and other bedding. Bedding sets are also available for rent (comforter, blanket, mattress pad, pillow). Price: ¥1,550 per month (as of 2026).
- Is there a refrigerator?

There are no refrigerators in the individual rooms. For single-person Type A rooms, there is a refrigerator in the common area.

We recommend not purchasing furniture or large appliances before moving into the dormitory, but rather buying them after you've moved in and can see how your room is sized. A refrigerator suitable for a single person should fit.

- Are the men's and women's dormitories separated?

The men's dormitory and the women's dormitory are separate buildings. One of the five buildings is a women's dormitory, and the remaining four are men's dormitories.
- Is it possible to cook in the room?

There are no kitchens in each room in Kaio Dormitory.Also, the use of fire in the room is prohibited.However, there is a common room (mini-kitchen) on each floor of the dormitory, so simple cooking is possible in this room.
