Regarding individual entrance qualification screening for the 2024 Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology undergraduate entrance examination

The procedures for the individual entrance qualification screening (hereinafter referred to as “individual screening”) stipulated in No. 150, No. 7 of the Enforcement Regulations of the School Education Act for general selection at this university are as follows.
Students who pass the individual screening will be eligible for admission.Please note that the individual entrance qualification screening is a screening that determines whether or not you are eligible for admission, and is separate from the selection of applicants.

1 Application requirements for individual examination

Those who can apply for individual screening are those who meet all of the following requirements.

1. Those who are willing to enter the university
2. Those who wish to take the general entrance examination of this university
3. Those who will reach the age of 2024 by March 3, 31

2 Application documents

1. Those who have a history of learning at a specialized training school or miscellaneous school

3 Examination system and examination method

The university-wide entrance examination committee will conduct an appropriate examination based on the submitted documents.
In the screening process, the requirements for a vocational school senior course to receive "designation related to university entrance qualifications" will be applied mutatis mutandis.
However, if you have multiple learning records at specialized training colleges or miscellaneous schools, individual learning records such as credit acquisition as a non-degree student at a university, or if you have practical experience in society or qualifications you have acquired, based on them judge comprehensively.

4 Application deadline

1. Those who wish to study at our university when applying for the common test for university entrance
   Thursday, August 2023, 8 [Must arrive]
2. Applicants who have passed the entrance qualification examination of another university when applying for the common test for university entrance, but have changed their application to this university.
   Friday, January 2024, 1 [Must arrive]
3. Only for applicants who have taken make-up examinations for university entrance common tests
   Applications must be submitted by 2024:1 on Tuesday, January 16, 17.
   (Note) Please present a make-up examination permit for the Common Test for University Admissions.

5 How to apply
