Announcement of the 22nd Meiji Maru Symposium
The Meiji Maru Maritime Museum at Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology is holding the "Meiji Maru Symposium" to introduce the background of the important cultural property "Meiji Maru," which is preserved and exhibited on the Etchujima Campus, and its various achievements that continue to this day.
This time, the theme is "Technological Advancement Beginning with the Meiji Maru," and we plan to introduce the role that the Meiji Maru has played in the development of ships.
