[About measures against new coronavirus infectious diseases]
①The ceremony will be held in three parts after reducing the scale international success.
Parents and guests are not allowed to attendThank you for your understanding.
Monitors will be available on the day of the event at the Etchujima Campus (Rooms 2-2101, Building 2202).
Parents can watch the ceremony (live streaming) from the monitor in the same classroom.
(XNUMX) Live streaming videos may be posted on the Alumni Association website at a later date.
Participating students are kindly requested to understand and cooperate with video recording.
③Symptoms such as fever (37.5 degrees or higher as a guideline), cough, difficulty breathing, malaise, and abnormal sense of smell and taste
If you have even one, please stop attending.
Also, please help us disinfect your fingers.
Wearing a mask is optional (individual judgment).However, it is recommended to wear a mask inside the venue.
(XNUMX) Since there have been many cases of infection at dinners, etc., after the ceremony, please refrain from having dinners with other students or with faculty and staff members.

[For new graduate students]
Student ID cards and documents required for course registration will be distributed on the day of the entrance ceremony.
Please be sure to bring your acceptance letter (“copy” or “image data” on your smartphone, etc. is acceptable) or your ID as we will check it.

[About measures against novel coronavirus infection]
① The ceremony will be reduced scale and held in three parts. We are sorry that parents and guests are unable to attend the ceremony.
Instead, a live streaming monitor will be set up in room 2101 - 2202 of the No. 2 buildings in the Etchujima Campus. Parents and guardians will be able to watch the live stream of the ceremony on the monitor.
② The live streaming video of the ceremony may be posted on TFA (TUMSAT Fellowship Association) website at a later date. We ask for the cooperation of participating students in taking video of the ceremony.
③ We are sorry that you are unable to attend the ceremony if you have the symptoms such as fever (37.5 degrees or higher as a guide), cough, suffocation, malaise, and olfactory / taste abnormalities. In addition, on the ceremony day, please sanitize your hand.
The wearing of masks is at the descretion of the individual.
④ Please refrain from having dinner with other students or faculty members after the ceremony.
⑤ Please check the university website for the latest situation of the ceremony because it may be change or canceled depending on the future situation.
