The Chairman of the North Pacific Fisheries Commission (NPFC) visited our university and held a ceremony to sign an international exchange agreement.

Prior to the presentation ceremony, President Toshio Iseki and Executive Vice President Masashi Maida (in charge of research, international affairs, and academic information) welcomed the delegation and held talks. President Iseki stated that he hopes to build further cooperative relations, using this international exchange agreement as a new starting point. NPFCThis international organization was established with the aim of conserving and managing fishery resources in the high seas of the North Pacific, as well as ensuring their sustainable use. Its secretariat is located on the Shinagawa Campus of this university.
