To the media (requests for interviews with faculty members of the university)
Before interviewing, please check the following notes and submit the interview application form to the General Affairs Division Public Relations Office (so-koho@o.kaiyodai.ac.jp) by email.
Depending on the contents of the application form and the convenience of the relevant faculty members, etc., we will decide whether or not to interview them. (It is not always possible to accept interviews.)

  • Please refrain from contacting faculty members directly without going through the Public Relations Office.
  • When posting or broadcasting, please use the credit notation of the university as much as possible.
  • If there is a change in the coverage schedule or publication/broadcast date stated in the coverage application form, please contact the Public Relations Office.
  • If it is determined that the actual content of the interview includes a business request or technical guidance, etc., it may be charged.
  • In the case of interviews by visiting the campus during the entry restriction period, we will check the number of people entering the campus in advance and judge whether or not to enter the campus.

Regarding location shooting, the period from December to June is usually a busy period for entrance exams, financial settlements, and new year preparations, so we accept inquiries about shooting, location scouting, facility availability, etc., and reservations. You may not be able to do so.Thank you for your understanding.

Shooting conditions

  • Must not interfere with university business, related parties, or facility management
  • In principle, there should be at least 10 days to spare before the desired shooting date.
  • Including the university name in the program credits
  • Types of works are limited to movies and TV dramas (product commercials are not accepted).
  • Batteries required for shooting equipment, etc. must be prepared by the photographer.
  • Please refer to other "Oaths".

Reserve a seat

1. Preconditioning

Please send a proposal, script, etc. with specific desired shooting dates and shooting locations by fax, and consult with the Asset Management Section of the Facilities Division.

2. Shooting application

After completing the preliminary adjustment, please submit the "Fixed Assets Usage Permission Application Form", "Pledge" and "Photography Details Confirmation Form".
It may take several days from the submission of the application to the approval of the filming, so please apply with plenty of time to spare.
