Sumitomo Life Insurance Company, Ltd. is holding the 20th "Childcare Project to Strengthen the Future"Call for nominations for the "Sumitomo Mitsui Women's Researcher Encouragement Award" begins on Monday, July 7thStart here.

Child-rearing and the humanitiesThis program targets female researchers who are striving to balance their work with research activities in the social sciences.We will provide support as follows:

Sumitomo Life Women Researchers Encouragement Award: Approximately 10 recipients will receive up to 100 million yen per year for a maximum of two years (the grant period is tentatively planned to be from April 2027 to March 2029).)

Application period: July 6th (Mon) - September 7th (Mon)
