Information about holding the international symposium "The Future and the Sustainable Development of Undersea Resources: Environmental Consideration Is the Shortcut to Development"

Yokohama National University (host) and Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology (cohost) will hold an international symposium about SIP "Sea Zipangu Project"* as follows.
This symposium will introduce the international trends of the use of undersea resources and the preservation of ocean environment and the results of research in the areas of both natural and social sciences implemented through the project with a focus on investigations about ocean environment necessary for environmental consideration, observational monitoring and evaluation methods.
