Globalization Accelerating Program for University Education
This program performed by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology aims to dispatch staffs of universities or the like to the educational and/or research institutions overseas, improve their educational and/or research abilities, and contribute to the globalization of education and research including higher personnel trainings.
In our university, three cases in fiscal year 2004, one in 2007, and one in 2008 were adopted.

|Summary of Research Contents||We contribute to our aiming infrastructure construction of international platform of marine, education, and research by involving in the latest world-level research and education at the Faculty of Law of Free University of Berlin that promotes the education and research of the highest level Insurance Contract Act, and by enhancing the research abilities to foster the specialists who are acquainted with the insurance contract formation that is a security means indispensable for marine transportation, ocean environment, and marine resource conservation, and with the policy related to insurance institution design.|
