Students from Asian and Pacific Islands visited TUMSAT under the Sakura Science High School Program of JST (2017/7/25)

On July 25, 2017, 50 high school students and 10 teachers from 10(*) Asian and Pacific Islands countries visited TUMSAT under the Sakura Science High School Program of JST. Dean of the School of Marine Life Science, Professor Shuichi Satoh gave presentations of outline of our university as well as his current research. After that, they visited some laboratories and the Whale Gallery. They also enjoyed interactions with 7 TUMSAT students over lunch at TUMSAT cafeteria.
