Warning about Fraud Regarding the Reselling of Cellphones

Recently, a new type of scam involving the reselling of cellphones has been taking place. Students at our university have become victims to this crime.
Please do not fall victim to the smooth talking of the individuals proposing this cellphone reselling idea. I strongly urge you stay alert so that you do not give your cellphones, which you have signed a contract for, to the anyone else in a rash moment without thinking of the consequences.
In this world, there is no such thing as "easy money" or "good deals". I urge you to make clear, level-headed decisions so that you do not fall victim to alluring words such as "you will definitely make a lot of money".
In addition to the scam described above, in the unfortunate case that you do fall victim to scams or any other fraudulent businesses, please handle the problem in a quick and appropriate manner by reporting to the police. Furthermore in the case that you do fall victim to the crime, please report the details of the crime to the contacts listed below so that others do not fall victim as well.
