Application guideline on the scholarship for students with high academic achievement for the academic year 2016 at TUMSAT (For students who passed the specified tests)

This scholarship was established for those who passed the recruitment test, aiming to become the national public officers playing important roles in national ministries and government offices.
The scholarship is offered as below.
The scholarship for those passed the specified test
（１）Eligibility of application
Those who passed the test for the national civil service (generalist) examination for 2016
For each course (any of undergraduate courses, Master's Courses or Doctoral Courses), you can apply only one time.
（２）The amount of the scholarship
250,000 yen (One time payment)
The scholarship amount may change according to the budget, the number of the beneficiaries, etc.
（３）The documents to be submitted
- Application form for the scholarship for students with high achievements (Form 1)(38.5 KB)
- The documents proving that you passed the national civil service (generalist) examination.
（４）Submission due for the documents
December 26, 2016 (Monday)

（６）Selection and decision
The scholarship students are to be selected on March, 2017.
（７）The conferment of the scholarship
After deciding the scholarship students, we will confer the catalog on the students by the previous day of the degree ceremony on March, 2017, and transfer the scholarship amounts to the designated deposit accounts. The conferred scholarship is not necessary to be returned.
If you have been exempted from the tuition fees, or received other scholarships from government organizations (including those of the independent administrative corporation: Japan Student Services Organization), local public entities, or private scholarship foundations, you may be still able to receive this scholarship. For your information, when you are screened for the exemption of the tuition fees, this scholarship is not counted as temporal income to add to the income.
