標記について、下記により開催しますので、お知らせします。

令和４年度 東京海洋大学学位記・修了証書授与式でのマスクの取扱いについて（お知らせ）
【新型コロナウイルス感染症対策について】
①式典の規模を縮小のうえ、三部制で開催します。
保護者・来賓の方はご参列いただけませんので、ご理解のほどお願い申し上げます。
なお、当日は越中島キャンパス（2号館2101～2202教室）にモニターをご用意します。
保護者の方は、同教室のモニターより式典の様子（ライブ配信）をご覧いただけます。
②学位記及び修了証書の壇上授与は、総代及び論文博士のみとなります。
壇上授与者以外は、式典後に別会場で配布します。
③ライブ配信動画を後日、本学校友会ホームページへ掲載する場合があります。
参加学生は、動画撮影についてご理解とご協力をお願いします。
④発熱（目安として37.5度以上）、咳、息苦しさ、倦怠感、嗅覚・味覚異常などの症状が
一つでもある場合は、参列できません。
【重要】マスクの取扱いはこちらからご覧ください。手指の消毒等ご協力をお願いします。
⑤会食等における感染事例が多く発生していますので、式典終了後は、学生同士や教職員を交えた会食等の自粛をお願いします。
⑥今後の状況に応じて、「中止」を含め変更の可能性もありますので、必ずホームページにて最新情報をご確認願います。

【About measures against novel coronavirus infection】
① The ceremony will be reduced scale and held in three parts. We are sorry that parents and guests are unable to attend the ceremony.
Instead, a live streaming monitor will be set up in room 2101 - 2202 of the No. 2 buildings in the Etchujima Campus. Parents and guardians will be able to watch the ceremony on the monitor.
② Only representative and doctoral students will be awarded their diplomas and certificates on the stage. Certificates for all others will be distributed at a separate location after the ceremony.
③ The live streaming video of the ceremony may be posted on TFA (TUMSAT Fellowship Association) website at a later date. We ask for the cooperation of participating students in taking video of the ceremony.
④ We are sorry that you are unable to attend the ceremony if you have the symptoms such as fever (37.5 degrees or higher as a guide), cough, suffocation, malaise, and olfactory / taste abnormalities．In addition, on the ceremony day, please sanitize your hand.

⑤ Please refrain from having dinner with other students or faculty members after the ceremony. Because many cases of infection occur at drinking parties.
⑥ Please check the university website for the latest situation of the ceremony because it may be change or canceled depending on the future situation.
