1. XNUMX부제로 개최
   수용 인원수의 관계상, 보호자는 강당 내에는 들어갈 수 없습니다만, 당일은 에치나카지마 캠퍼스 별실의 모니터보다, 식전의 모습(라이브 전달)을 보실 수 있습니다.
2. 교직원은 강당내에서 볼 수 있습니다만, 자리에 한정이 있습니다. (입견이 되는 경우가 있습니다.)

【대학원 신입생에게】

　학생증이나 이수 등록에 필요한 서류를 입학식 당일에 교부합니다. 합격 통지서(「복사」나 스마트폰등의 「화상 데이터」에서도 가능) 또는 신분증을 확인하므로 반드시 지참해 주세요.
　※입학식에 참가할 수 없는 분은 별도 교부합니다. 오리엔테이션 자료에서 받는 방법을 확인하십시오.

【노트】

1. The ceremony will be held in two parts.
   Due to the capacity of the auditorium, parents are not allowed to attend in the auditorium.
   Instead, a live streaming monitor will be set up in the Etchujima Campus, so parents can watch the ceremony on a monitor.
2. Faculty and staff may attend in the auditorium, but seating is limited.
   
   　
   【For New Graduate Students】

Student ID cards and other documents necessary for study registration will be distributed on the day of the enrollment ceremony. Please bring your "Notification of aceptance" ("copy" or "image data" from smartphones, etc. is also aceptable) or ID card , as it will be checked.
*If you are unable to attend the enrollment ceremony, the above documents will be distributed separately. 
Please confirm how to receive them in the orientation materials.
