概要:Abstract

The use of electric motors or generators for aircraft application or naval propulsion requires less prime movers and auxiliary equipment than conventional propulsion systems. Thus, the performance in terms of efficiency, reliability is improved. However, the dynamic behavior of an aircraft required motor which transmit high speed on the propellers. The challenge is to develop a superconducting motor or a generator with high power density, up to 10 kg/kW.

During our study, we developed an analytical modeling of the motor based on the resolution of Maxwell's equations which include the behavior of the superconducting coils versus applied magnetic field and temperature.
