二部制で開催します。
収容人数の関係上、新入生以外の方は講堂内にはお入りいただけませんが、当日は越中島キャンパス別室のモニターより、式典の様子（ライブ配信）をご覧いただけます。
【大学院新入生の方へ】
学生証や履修登録に必要な書類を入学式当日に交付します。合格通知書（「コピー」やスマートフォン等の「画像データ」でも可）又は身分証を確認しますので必ず持参してください。
※入学式に参加できない方は別途交付します。オリエンテーション資料で受け取り方法を確認してください。

Notification of AY2024 Enrollment Ceremony, Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology
We are planning to hold the enrollment ceremony as follows.

【Note】
① The ceremony will be held in two parts.
② Due to the capacity of the auditorium, only now students are allowed to attend in the auditorium.
Instead, a live streaming monitor will be set up in the Etchujima Campus, so parents can watch the ceremony on a monitor.
【For New Graduate Students】
Student ID cards and other documents necessary for study registration will be distributed on the day of the enrollment ceremony. Please bring your "Notification of acceptance" ("copy" or "image data" from smartphones, etc. is also acceptable) or ID card, as it will be checked.
*If you are unable to attend the enrollment ceremony, it will be distributed separately. Please confirm how to receive it in the orientation materials.
