個人情報の開示・訂正・削除請求について（Application to Disclose, Amend, or Delete Personal Information）
本学に提供された個人情報について利用者本人から開示の申し出があった場合、適正な範囲内で遅滞なく本人に開示します。また利用者の個人情報について、利用者本人から訂正や削除の申し出があった場合、速やかに訂正や削除を行います。ただし、第三者の権利を害する場合や業務遂行に支障をきたすと本学が判断した場合はこの限りではありません。

このプライバシーポリシーに関する準拠法は、日本法（国内法及び条約）といたします。また、本ウェブサイトの利用に関するすべての紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
The governing laws of this Privacy Policy shall be the laws of Japan (domestic law and treaty provisions). Disputes concerning the use of this Website shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance.
