9月16日より新しい「証明書申請システム」の運用を開始しました。
学内発行機を利用する場合も、Web上での事前申請が必要です。
 
証明書を発行する際は、以下のURLを必ずご確認ください。
 
■ 学部在学生
【手順】学籍番号等でログイン→証明書・部数等を選択→コンビニまたは学内発行機で発行
【申請・詳細】https://www.kaiyodai.ac.jp/student/certificate/
 
■ 大学院生・専攻科生・乗船実習科生
【手順】初回利用登録・本人確認→大学承認→ログイン→証明書・受取方法等を選択して申請
※過去の課程の証明書が必要な場合は、学籍番号の追加登録が必要です。

The new Certificate Application System has been in operation since September 16.
Please note that advance application online is required even when using the certificate issuing machine on campus.
When requesting the issuance of a certificate, please be sure to check the following URL for details.
 
■ Undergraduate Students
Log in → Select certificate and number of copies → Print at a convenience store or on-campus machine.
 
■ Graduate / Advanced Course / Onboard Training Course Students
Register and verify your identity → Receive university approval → Log in and apply.
