標記について、下記のとおり開催いたします。

日時	令和5年10月5日（木）10時30分～ （10時20分までにはご来場ください。）
場所	東京海洋大学　品川キャンパス 楽水会館１階大会議室（鈴木善幸記念ホール）
次第	開式の辞 国歌演奏 入学の許可 学長式辞 校歌斉唱 閉式の辞

【その他】

①保護者の方もご参列いただけます。
②〔新入生の方〕学生証や履修登録に必要な書類を入学式当日に配布します。
　合格通知書（「コピー」やスマートフォン等の「画像データ」でも可）又は身分証を確認しますので必ず持参してください。
　※入学式に参加できない方は別途配布します。オリエンテーション資料で受け取り方法を確認してください。

Notification of AY2023 Enrollment Ceremony, Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology

We are planning to hold an enrollment ceremony as follows.
　

Date and Time：	Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. (Please come to the venue by 10:20 a.m.)
Venue：	Rakusui Hall 1st floor main conference room Shinagawa Campus Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology
Program：	Opening remarks National anthem Permission for admission President's address School song Closing remarks

【Note】
① Parents are welcome to attend.
② 〔For New Graduate Students〕Student ID cards and other documents necessary for study registration will be distributed on the day of the Enrollment Ceremony.
　 Please bring your "Notification of acceptance" ("copy" or "image data" from smartphones, etc. is also acceptable) or ID card, as it will be checked.
　 *If you are unable to attend the Enrollment Ceremony, it will be distributed separately. Please confirm how to receive it in the orientation materials.
