　標記について、下記のとおり開催いたします。

日時	令和６年３月25日（月） 第一部：10時30分～（開場　10時10分～） 　　　　海洋生命科学部、海洋工学部 第二部：11時45分～（開場　11時25分～） 　　　　海洋資源環境学部、海洋科学専攻科、大学院海洋科学技術研究科
場所	東京海洋大学　越中島キャンパス　越中島会館２階　講堂
次第	開式の辞 国歌演奏 学位記・修了証書授与 学長式辞 来賓祝辞 校歌斉唱 閉式の辞

【その他】

➀　二部制で開催します。
　　収容人数の関係上、卒業生、修了生以外の方は講堂内にはお入りいただけませんが、当日は越中島キャンパス別室のモニターより、式典の様子（ライブ配信）をご覧いただけます。

②　式典中の学位記及び修了証書の壇上授与は、総代及び論文博士のみとなります。
　　壇上授与者以外には、式典後に各々の指定場所で配布いたします。

　We are planning to hold the commencement ceremony as follows.

Date and Time	Monday, March 25, 2024 　Part1：10:30a.m. (Doors open from 10:10a.m.) 　　　　　School of Marine Life Science, 　　　　　School of Marine Technology 　Part2：11:45a.m. (Doors open from 11:25a.m.) 　　　　　School of Marine Resources and Environment, 　　　　　Advanced Onboard Training Course for Marine Science and Technology, 　　　　　Graduate School of Marine Science and Technology
Venue	Etchujima Hall 2nd floor Auditorium, Etchujima Campus
Program	Opening remarks National anthem Conferring of degree/ certificates President's address Congratulatory message from honored guest School song Closing remarks

【Note】

➀　The ceremony will be held in two parts.

➁　Due to the capacity of the auditorium, only graduate students are allowed to attend in the auditorium.
　　Instead, a live streaming monitor will be set up in the Etchujima Campus, so parents can watch
　　the ceremony on a monitor.

➂At the ceremony, only representatives will be awarded the degrees and diplomas on the stage. For
　all others, the degrees or diplomas will be distributed at each venue after the ceremony.
