令和５年度 東京海洋大学入学式の開催について（通知）
標記の件について、下記により開催しますので、お知らせします。

【新型コロナウイルス感染症対策について】
①式典の規模を縮小のうえ、三部制で開催します。
保護者・来賓の方はご参列いただけませんので、ご理解のほどお願い申し上げます。
なお、当日は越中島キャンパス（2号館2101～2202教室）にモニターをご用意します。
保護者の方は、同教室のモニターより式典の様子（ライブ配信）をご覧いただけます。
②ライブ配信動画を後日、本学校友会ホームページへ掲載する場合があります。
参加学生は、動画撮影についてご理解とご協力をお願いします。
③発熱（目安として37.5度以上）、咳、息苦しさ、倦怠感、嗅覚・味覚異常などの症状が
一つでもある場合は、参列をとりやめてください。
また、手指の消毒等にご協力をお願いします。
なお、マスクの着用は任意（個人の判断）とします。ただし、会場内においては、マスクの着用を推奨します。
④会食等における感染事例が多く発生していますので、式典終了後は、学生同士や教職員を交えた会食等の自粛をお願いします。
⑤今後の状況に応じて、「中止」を含め変更の可能性もありますので、必ずホームページで最新情報をご確認願います。
【大学院新入生の方へ】
学生証や履修登録に必要な書類を入学式当日に配布します。
合格通知書（「コピー」やスマートフォン等の「画像データ」でも可）又は身分証を確認しますので必ず持参してください。
※入学式に参加できない方は別途配布します。オリエンテーション資料で受け取り方法を確認してください。

【About measures against novel coronavirus infection】
① The ceremony will be reduced scale and held in three parts. We are sorry that parents and guests are unable to attend the ceremony.
Instead, a live streaming monitor will be set up in room 2101 - 2202 of the No. 2 buildings in the Etchujima Campus. Parents and guardians will be able to watch the live stream of the ceremony on the monitor.
② The live streaming video of the ceremony may be posted on TFA (TUMSAT Fellowship Association) website at a later date. We ask for the cooperation of participating students in taking video of the ceremony.
③ We are sorry that you are unable to attend the ceremony if you have the symptoms such as fever (37.5 degrees or higher as a guide), cough, suffocation, malaise, and olfactory / taste abnormalities．In addition, on the ceremony day, please sanitize your hand.
The wearing of masks is at the descretion of the individual. However, wearing a mask is recommended in the ceremony venue.
④ Please refrain from having dinner with other students or faculty members after the ceremony. Because many cases of infection occur at drinking parties.
⑤ Please check the university website for the latest situation of the ceremony because it may be change or canceled depending on the future situation.
【For New Graduate Students】
Student ID cards and other documents necessary for study registration will be distributed on the day of the Enrollment Ceremony.
Please bring your "Notification of acceptance" ("copy" or "image data" from smartphones, etc. is also acceptable) or ID card, as it will be checked.
*If you are unable to attend the Enrollment Ceremony, it will be distributed separately. Please confirm how to receive it in the orientation materials.
