本学の夏季一斉休業について再掲いたします。

本学では職員のワークライフ・マネジメントの一層の推進及び夏季における省エネルギーのため、下記の期間全学において夏季一斉休業を実施いたします。

期間

2026年8月8日（土）から8月16日（日）まで

【越中島地区】

　教育支援係、学生支援係

・証明書自動発行機

証明書自動発行機は8月7日（金）が休業前の最終稼働日となります。

各種証明書や学割証が必要な方は、必ず8月7日（金）17：00までに発行してください。

また、期間中は各事務室の職員が不在となるため、原則として電話やメールによるお問い合わせには対応できません。

期間中に受信したメールについては、8月17日（月）以降、順次対応します。

上記以外の施設の開館・利用状況については、各施設のWebサイトや案内を個別にご確認ください。

Notice of Office and Facility Closures during the Summer Holiday

Due to the university summer holiday and energy-saving measures, the following offices and facilities will be closed. The automatic certificate-issuing machines will also be unavailable.

Offices and Facilities to Be Closed

• Shinagawa Campus: 1st floor of the Lecture Hall Building (Academic Affairs Division, Student Support Division, and Academic Support & International Division)
• Career Support Center in Hakuyo Hall
• Global Common
• Etchujima Campus: Administration Division (Educational Support Section and Student Support Section)

Friday, August 7 will be the last day to use the automatic certificate-issuing machines before the holiday.

Students who need certificates or student travel discount certificates for travel, job hunting, or other purposes should obtain them in advance.

Staff will be absent during this period. In principle, telephone and email inquiries will not be answered.

Emails received during the holiday will be answered in order from Monday, August 17.
